Kernel crash via unconditional platform MSI cleanup

NULL pointer dereference in the Qualcomm UFS driver in Linux 6.3 through 6.12.4 and 6.13-rc1 allows local users to crash the kernel. The ufs_qcom_remove function calls platform_device_msi_free_irqs_all even when Event-Specific Interrupts are disabled and no platform MSI state exists, causing mutex_lock to dereference a null pointer. Triggering the crash requires local access with permission to remove the Qualcomm UFS kernel module; the documented consequence is a kernel crash during driver teardown.
