Local kernel crash via insufficient power-up delay

Kernel denial of service in Linux 6.10 through 6.12.4 allows local users to crash affected i.MX systems during power-domain resume. The i.MX GPCv2 power-up path in drivers/pmdomain/imx/gpcv2.c waits only five microseconds after its handshake, allowing dependent hardware access before the power domain is ready. Triggering a runtime resume on affected i.MX hardware can raise an asynchronous SError and panic the kernel, interrupting the system; no data disclosure or modification is reported.
