Kernel-memory disclosure and panic via unchecked JFS index

Improper array-index validation in Linux JFS allows attackers to disclose kernel memory or panic a host via a crafted image. dtReadFirst uses an attacker-controlled negative stbl[0] value to index a dtree slot array before validating that the index is in bounds. A victim or automounting service must mount the JFS image and enumerate its crafted directory; the access reads preceding kernel memory and can trigger a kernel panic under fatal bounds-checking or panic configurations.
