Kernel memory exposure and corruption via negative budmin

Out-of-bounds access in Linux JFS allows local users to expose kernel memory, corrupt filesystem data, or interrupt service via a crafted image. dbAllocCtl accepts a negative on-disk dmt_budmin value, letting dbSplit perform an undefined shift and derive out-of-range buddy indices. Exploitation requires mounting an attacker-supplied JFS image or block device and then allocating blocks; the resulting kernel access can disclose memory, corrupt disk state, or crash the host.
