Kernel warning via duplicate deadline-entity initialization

A scheduler flaw in the Linux kernel allows local users to trigger a kernel warning by repeatedly migrating boosted deadline tasks. set_cpus_allowed dequeues and re-enqueues the boosted task with ENQUEUE_RESTORE, causing enqueue_dl_entity to call setup_new_dl_entity after rt_mutex_setprio has already initialized its parameters. Repeated real-time cyclic workloads are required; the documented result is a WARN_ON with availability impact but no confidentiality or integrity impact.
