Host crash via ARM SMMU probe race

Race condition in the Linux kernel ARM SMMU driver allows local users to crash the device through concurrent client and SMMU probing. arm_smmu_probe_device() dereferences smmu->streamid_mask after arm_smmu_get_by_fwnode() races with driver binding and returns a null pointer. Triggering the failure requires local access and a probe-order race on a system using the ARM SMMU driver; success interrupts the device until recovery.
