Freed kernel-memory access via EPC teardown

Use-after-free in Linux 6.11.4 through 6.12.3 allows local users to access a freed device object during PCI endpoint teardown. The pci_epc_destroy() path calls pci_bus_release_domain_nr() with epc->dev after device_unregister() has freed that object and also uses the wrong device for the parent-owned domain ID. Reachability requires destruction of a PCI endpoint controller; published sources identify local low-privileged access but no direct user-triggerable path.
