GPU execution instability via queue suspension race

Race condition in Linux 6.8 through 6.12.3 allows local users to disrupt GPU queue handling by racing queue suspension and closure. In xe_guc_sched_done_handler, closing a queue clears suspend_pending before the disable-scheduling response arrives, causing unintended deregistration and a later double unregister. Reachability requires low-privileged local access and an active Xe GuC submission path; observed consequences include assertion warnings and unexpected engine-state errors.
