Soft lockup via synchronous USB card teardown

Improper locking in the Linux ALSA us122l driver allows local users to trigger a soft lockup by disconnecting a USB audio device. The us122l USB disconnect callback calls snd_card_free(), which synchronously waits for every open file descriptor and blocks upper-layer USB ioctls. Exploitation requires local access to an open device and control of a supported USB audio device; the bounded consequence is a kernel hang or configured panic.
