Permission control failure in the Connectivity module in Huawei HarmonyOS and EMUI allows local users to interrupt device features. Huawei has not published the affected function, the permission decision performed incorrectly, or the input that reaches that decision. Exploitation requires local access without privileges or user interaction and can impair availability by making Connectivity-dependent features behave abnormally.
