Account impersonation via plaintext JWT signing secret

Cleartext secret storage in Navidrome before 0.54.1 allows local users to obtain the JWT signing key from navidrome.db. Initial setup writes a generated JWT secret directly to JWTSecretKey in the property table, and authentication later loads it without at-rest protection. Read access to the database is required, after which forged tokens can impersonate users, including administrators, without interrupting service.
