XXE in JetBrains TeamCity before 2024.12 allows remote authenticated users to read server-accessible data via crafted XML input. An XMLParser accepts attacker-controlled XML with external-entity processing enabled, causing referenced resources to be resolved. Low-privileged network access is required, and JetBrains has not disclosed the affected request path or parsing call site.
