Stored XSS in JetBrains TeamCity before 2024.12 allows remote authenticated users to execute script via a crafted agent image name. The agent details page renders the stored image name as active browser content; JetBrains has not disclosed the affected code path or exact encoding failure. An authenticated user must persist the name, and another user must view the agent details page; consequences are bounded to data and actions available in that viewer's browser session.
