Cross-container agent access via enabled ICC

Improper access control in Stardust allows remote attackers to access agents belonging to other containers on the same host. The Stardust Docker bridge leaves inter-container communication enabled, permitting one desktop container to connect to another container's agent. Exploitation requires a foothold inside a container on the same Stardust host; it breaks session isolation and exposes the neighboring agent.
