Contributor-level stored XSS via unescaped page output
Published Jan 2, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored XSS in HookAndHook Post Grid Addon for Elementor 2.0.18 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts. The plugin renders contributor-controlled input into page output without sufficient sanitization and escaping; published sources do not identify the affected field or code path. Contributor-level access is required to store the payload, and execution requires another user to visit the affected page, exposing that browser session to attacker-controlled code.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
