Subscriber authorization bypass via missing AJAX nonce
Published Jan 2, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Missing authorization in AyeCode Connect 1.3.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to invoke a privileged AJAX action. The MU Helper plugin AJAX handler accepts a request without verifying a WordPress nonce, allowing subscriber-level access to functionality intended to be restricted. Subscriber access and network reachability to WordPress are required; the published assessment identifies low-integrity modification without data disclosure or service interruption.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
