Author-level script execution via stored content
Published Jan 2, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored XSS in Wasiliy Strecker Contest Gallery 24.0.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in victim browsers. The public CNA and Patchstack records do not identify the affected field, handler, or output sink; they state only that injected content is stored and later rendered without sufficient neutralization. Author-level access is required to plant the payload, and another user must open the affected page, exposing that user's browser session to script actions within the site's origin.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
