Path traversal via incomplete parent-directory filtering

Path traversal in Cabra path-sanitizer before 3.1.0 allows attackers to escape an intended directory with crafted path input. The sanitize function normalizes separators but fails to remove leading and embedded parent-directory segments before a caller joins the result to a base path. Exploitation requires a consuming CLI or application to pass attacker-controlled paths into file operations, and resulting access remains limited by the host process's file permissions.
