Local privilege escalation via GScan integer overflow

Integer overflow in Google Android's dhd4381 Wi-Fi component allows local users to elevate privileges through crafted GScan results. The dhd_process_full_gscan_result function in dhd_pno.c fails to reject an overflowing integer calculation while processing a full scan result. Exploitation requires local access to an affected Pixel Watch, needs no additional execution privileges or user interaction, and grants elevated privileges.
