Local file disclosure via archived symbolic links

Path traversal in Aiven PGHoard 2.2.2a and earlier allows local users to disclose files accessible to the service account. The archive endpoint follows a crafted symbolic link in the PostgreSQL WAL directory and uploads its target because it checks only whether the path exists. The attacker needs local write access to that directory, and disclosure is limited to files readable with PGHoard's privileges.
