Verification disruption via unchecked TSA certificate revocation

Improper certificate validation in notation-go before 1.3.0-rc.2 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to disrupt signature verification. GenericSigner.Sign passed TSA roots and a timestamper into the signing request without a TSARevocationValidator, thereby accepting and storing countersignatures from revoked TSA chains. Exploitation requires interception of timestamp generation and control of a compromised or revoked TSA certificate; affected CI/CD verification can fail.
