Unauthenticated directory deletion via unneutralized traversal paths
Published Dec 31, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Path traversal in VibeThemes WPLMS before 1.9.9.5 allows remote attackers to delete arbitrary server directories via crafted requests. The wplms_plugin component fails to neutralize doubled triple-dot path sequences before using attacker-controlled paths for directory deletion. No authentication is required, and deletion is limited by the WordPress process permissions; no function or endpoint has been publicly identified.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
