Browser script execution through reflected input
Published Jan 2, 2025 · Updated May 11, 2026
Reflected XSS in FolioVision FV Descriptions 1.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser. The published advisory does not identify the input parameter or output routine that reflects untrusted data without sufficient neutralization. Exploitation requires no account but does require a user to follow a crafted request, after which script runs in that user's web context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
