Stored XSS via missing nonce validation

Cross-site request forgery in Tom Royal Stop Registration Spam 1.23 and earlier allows remote attackers to plant stored scripts. The affected administrative action accepts a forged request without valid nonce verification and stores attacker-supplied script content. Execution requires a logged-in administrator to follow an attacker-controlled link or submit a forged form, after which visitors to the affected page run the stored script.
