Unauthenticated command execution via Autorun import
Published Dec 13, 2024 · Updated Aug 5, 2026
Command injection in Cleo Harmony, VLTrader, and LexiCom before 5.8.0.24 allows remote attackers to execute host commands through Autorun. The default Autorun directory immediately reads and evaluates a remotely written file; its Import action loads a ZIP whose hosts/main.xml stages Bash or PowerShell. No authentication or user interaction is required when the service is network-accessible with Autorun enabled, and successful exploitation yields host-level command execution.
