Data manipulation via GET-based backend actions

Cross-site request forgery in TYPO3 CMS 11.0.0 through 11.5.41 allows remote attackers to manipulate data through DB Check actions. Backend deep links and downstream DB Check handlers accept state-changing submissions over HTTP GET without enforcing the appropriate method. Exploitation requires a victim with an active backend session to open a malicious link, or to visit a manipulated site when referrer enforcement and SameSite protections are weakened.
