CVE-2024-55931Network attack vector

Session-token disclosure via browser session storage

Published Jan 27, 2025 · Updated Feb 24, 2025

Sensitive-token exposure in Xerox Workplace Suite before 5.6.701.9 allows remote authenticated users to access session tokens. The application places authentication tokens in browser session storage, where code executing in a compromised user session can read them. An attacker must already compromise an authenticated user's session; the published impact is token confidentiality, with no integrity or availability impact.
