CVE-2024-55888Network attack vector

Clickjacking via missing anti-framing headers

Published Dec 12, 2024 · Updated Dec 13, 2024

Improper UI-layer restriction in Hush Line before 0.3.5 allows remote attackers to manipulate users through attacker-controlled framing. The production server sends application responses without Content-Security-Policy, X-Frame-Options, or other security headers, leaving pages frameable and without a header-based fallback if XSS filtering is bypassed. Exploitation requires user interaction with attacker-controlled content; no working exploit or more specific data or service consequence is published.
