Arbitrary file read via unchecked export path

Path traversal in SiYuan before 3.1.16 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary host files through the export API. ExportResources joined each attacker-controlled paths entry to WorkspaceDir and copied the resulting file without confirming that it remained inside the workspace. The endpoint requires authentication and an administrator role; successful traversal discloses host files readable by the SiYuan process.
