System hang via locked XFS inodes

Denial of service in the XFS transaction path in Linux 6.10 through 6.12.5 allows local users to hang the system during unmount. When xfs_trans_alloc_dir fails quota reservation after metadata I/O errors shut down XFS, its error path leaves the source and target inodes locked. The condition requires local access, an XFS filesystem, a link operation, quota-reservation failure after I/O errors, and an unmount attempt; the bounded consequence is a system hang.
