Remote code execution via unchecked fetch-class instantiation

Object injection in Drupal core 7.0 before 7.102, 8.0.0 before 10.2.11, and 10.3.0 before 10.3.9 allows attackers to execute code. StatementPrefetch::current() reflects on the fetchOptions class and invokes its constructor arguments without first restricting that path to intended database drivers. Exploitation requires a separate flaw that passes attacker-controlled data to unserialize(); Drupal core has no known such entry point.
