Monitoring interruption via compressed DNS name expansion

Resource exhaustion in Suricata before 7.0.8 allows remote attackers to interrupt monitoring via compressed DNS resource names. The Rust DNS parser expands compressed labels and previously retained names until a generous label limit, allowing small packets to produce log records approaching 10 MB. No authentication or user interaction is required; DNS traffic must traverse the enabled DNS parser, and repeated records can consume processing and storage resources.
