DNS-filter bypass via unchecked type 65 requests

Improper DNS request validation in FortiOS and FortiProxy allows remote attackers to bypass DNS filtering with type 65 requests. The filter fails to apply its normal policy decision to HTTPS resource-record queries, which are used by Apple devices, and permits requests that should be blocked. No authentication is required, but traffic must traverse an affected, enabled DNS filter; the reported consequence is reduced filtering integrity, not device-data disclosure or service interruption.
