Application hangs and predictable IDs via fractional sizes

Denial of service in Nano ID before 3.3.8 and 4.0.0 through 5.0.8 allows remote authenticated users to hang consuming applications. Browser and non-secure generators decrement a fractional size with while(size--), which never reaches zero; Node.js instead lets the fraction corrupt poolOffset and emits zero-filled IDs until refill. Exploitation requires a consuming application to pass an attacker-controlled fractional size, with outcomes bounded to a hang, an allocation error, or predictable identifiers.
