Process-memory corruption via mutable environment iteration

Buffer overflow in Perl POSIX::2008 before 0.24 allows attackers to corrupt process memory when the environment changes during execve handling. The _execve50c routine sizes an environment-pointer buffer, then iterates the mutable environment without accommodating newly added entries, allowing later writes to exceed that allocation. Reachability requires application behavior that changes the environment during this iteration; public sources establish memory corruption but not reliable code execution.
