Remote code execution via encrypted session deserialization

Deserialization in Crater Invoice and InvoiceShelf allows remote attackers with the APP_KEY to execute commands via an encrypted session cookie. The cookie session driver decrypts attacker-supplied Laravel session data and unserializes embedded PHP objects without establishing trust. Crater Invoice 6.0.6 and earlier and InvoiceShelf 1.3.0 and earlier are exposed only when the attacker obtains the application secret.
