Route-processing denial of service via full-RIB revalidation

Denial of service in FRRouting allows remote attackers to degrade route handling through large bursts of RTR updates. An overflow on rpki_sync_socket_rtr makes bgpd_sync_callback drain the socket and schedule full-RIB soft reconfiguration instead of revalidating only affected prefixes. The condition requires RPKI/RTR use and enough ROA issuance or withdrawal to exceed the buffer; on large tables, repeated revalidation consumes CPU, delays route handling, and increases BMP traffic.
