Denial of service in ORing IAP-420 through 2.01e allows remote authenticated users to disable its web interface with a long password. The password-change form relies on a client-side 16-character limit, while the device accepts a longer value and enters a forced deadlock. An authenticated management session and removal of the input-field length check are required; the reported consequence is an unusable web interface.
