Authenticated command execution via log-server port injection
Published Dec 10, 2024 · Updated Nov 3, 2025
OS command injection in the IAP-420 web interface through 2.01e allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands. The even_log.cgi handler incorporates the tf_logserver_port form value into an operating-system command without neutralizing shell metacharacters. A valid web-interface session is required; crafted log-server settings can create files and provide full control of the appliance.
