Path traversal in Raisecom MSG1200, MSG2100E, MSG2200, and MSG2300 3.90 allows remote attackers to upload arbitrary files. The /upload_netaction.php endpoint uses a crafted multipart form name as an upload path without restricting the destination directory. No authentication or user interaction is required, and uploaded files receive the access available to the web service.
