Unauthenticated engineer account deletion via IDOR

IDOR in CodeAstro Complaint Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to delete engineer accounts through the delete_e.php endpoint. The endpoint accepts a user-controlled id value and deletes the corresponding engineer account without checking for a valid session or authorization. An unauthenticated network request is sufficient, and changing the identifier enables mass account deletion that denies affected engineers access.
