Stored XSS in Umbraco CMS 14.3.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in visitors' browsers through rich text content. The document management API stores the rich-text markup field without server-side sanitization, and frontend templates later render the saved HTML. Exploitation requires CMS access and permission to modify or publish rich text; visiting the published page runs the payload in the victim's session, enabling data theft or privileged actions.
