IDOR in Oqtane Framework 6.0.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read other users' settings by changing a user ID. The UserController.Get endpoint accepts a caller-controlled id, and Filter populated Settings for the referenced account without requiring ownership or administrator rights. Any authenticated account can reach the numeric-ID route; the reported consequence is disclosure of another account's data, with no data modification or service interruption.
