Time-based SQL injection in BoardRoom Limited Dividend Distribution Tax Election System 2.0 allows remote attackers to execute code. The Login Id field passes crafted SQL to Microsoft SQL Server, where response delays confirm injection and xp_cmdshell can run operating-system commands. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful exploitation grants command execution through the database server account.
