Stored XSS in UJCMS 9.6.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in backend users' browsers via uploaded SVG files. The backend file uploader stores and renders SVG content without removing event attributes such as onload, causing a viewer's browser to run embedded script. Backend access is required to upload the file, and another backend user must view it; exposed non-HttpOnly JWT cookies can then be stolen.
