Privilege escalation via unrestricted port-access IOCTLs

Improper access control in ITE Tech. Inc ITE IO Access 1.0.0.0 allows local users to read and write arbitrary I/O ports via crafted IOCTL requests. The WinIo64.sys DeviceIoControl dispatch path accepts port-read and port-write requests without restricting low-privileged callers. A low-privileged Windows account can use the signed kernel driver to access hardware ports, enabling information disclosure, elevated code execution, or system disruption.
