Stored XSS in Piranha CMS 11.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in a victim's browser via an uploaded PDF. The /manager/media upload accepts a PDF containing JavaScript and exposes the file for browser rendering without preventing its embedded code from running. Manager access is required to upload the file, and a victim must open or interact with it; the documented consequence is browser-context script execution.
