Authenticated script execution via unsanitized Markdown output

Stored XSS in Piranha CMS 11.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in another user's browser via Markdown. MarkdownField.ToHtml() renders attacker-controlled HTML without sanitization, preserving event-handler payloads added through /manager/pages. Manager access is required to create the page, and execution occurs when another user views the rendered content, exposing that browser session's data.
