Published Dec 18, 2024 · Updated Dec 26, 2024
IDOR in PHPGurukul Online Notes Sharing Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to delete other users' notes. The manage-notes.php handler accepts a user-controlled delid value and deletes the referenced note without verifying that it belongs to the active account. Any registered user with a valid session can alter a captured delete URL; the demonstrated consequence is deletion of another account's note.
