User impersonation via unbound authentication requests

Authentication bypass in Vaultwarden before 1.32.5 allows remote attackers to impersonate users via crafted authorization requests. The token endpoint validates an authentication request's access code without binding that request to the username being logged in. An attacker needs no account before 1.32.4 and an account in 1.32.4; second-factor authentication still blocks impersonation.
